1. Who we are

Fête ("Fête", "we", "us") is a digital invitation service operated by Innova8, based in the United Arab Emirates, available at fete8.com. These terms govern your purchase and use of digital invitations created on the site.

2. What you buy

Each purchase is a one-time payment for a single digital invitation: an interactive web page generated from the template and details you choose, delivered as a private link by email within minutes of payment.

There are no subscriptions, no accounts, and no per-guest fees. Bilingual (Arabic/English) rendering is included.

3. Invitation lifetime

Your invitation link remains live until two days after the event date you set. After that it expires automatically and returns a "not available" page. Expiry is part of the product design, not a fault.

4. Access without accounts

There is no password. Managing your invitation (edits, RSVP tracking, playlist) happens through a private dashboard link sent to your purchase email, protected by one-time codes emailed to that address. Keep access to that mailbox secure; we treat verified access to it as you.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in the currency detected for your location (or the one you select) and the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

6. Your content

Names, messages, and photos you add remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and display them as your invitation. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, and that it contains nothing unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content that breaks these rules and refund the purchase at our discretion.

Uploaded images are re-encoded and stripped of hidden metadata (such as GPS location) before storage.

7. Guests

Guests do not need an account. Where your invitation enables it, guests can RSVP, suggest or vote on songs, or record a guess. That data is shown to you on your dashboard and is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Fête to send spam, impersonate others, or distribute unlawful content. Automated scraping and attempts to bypass the service’s protections are prohibited.

9. Service and liability

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected invitation.

10. Changes and contact
